“Great location and accommodations on Saint John waterfront”
This is the perfect location for being on the waterfront and to easily walk and enjoy Saint John’s historic centre. “Great location for exploring St John”
Perfect location for exploring downtown and the harbour area. Although an older property with the rooms showing some wear, it was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and professional. Would stay again and recommend.

“Great location - very mediocre hotel”
Decor and facilities need to be updated and refurbished. I'm sure it was quite nice 20 years ago. By way of example, the thermal pane window seal in my room had ruptured thus ruining by view of the harbour and Bay of Fundy. Services in terms of the restaurant and room service are very limited. “Good location”
The location was the best. The restaurants and shops all within walking distance. This hotel is a former Hilton. It is looking a bit tired. Clean but dated. The heat/ac in our room did not seem to work. It just blew cold air regardless of the temperature. The pictures of the hotel were not the real… more
