I have to start off by stressing how friendly the staff are. My check-in experience was great. The gentleman who greeted us was kind, warm, and welcoming. That was where the good experience started and ended. I booked a room for 2 adults. Our room was only stocked with enough toiletries for one person. 1 bath towel, one face cloth, 1 small bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner and 2 pillows. We definitely need more pillows! My boyfriend asked for another towel and was given one that had blood stains on it. There was no fan in the bathroom. The toilet didn't have a lid. There were no hangers, nor a rack to hang anything. There were 3 pegs in the whole room to hang something from. There was a lot of shelving for clothing and other items. We had a room with a fridge, thankfully. The location itself was convenient, and the price was good. You'll likely just have to keep asking the front desk for additional items. Can confirm breakfast was a packed box containing an apple, granola bar, little chocolate filled croissant-type things and a packet of jam. It's fine. I didn't expect a buffet at $99 a night. I don't have complaints about pets on the premises. We had our dog with us and never let her in the hall without her leash. Every dog I saw was on a leash and well-behaved. Considering it's a pet-friendly hotel, I think the place is very clean and even commented that the hallway carpets smell nice. Would we stay again? Probably not. We're used to a little more luxury, even when sticking to a budget. However, it was a cheap room with a bed and a shower, so it's good for a specific type of traveler.
