My heartfelt thanks to the staff and management of the Pearle Hotel and Spa during our recent visit. We were guests at the hotel and were attending our sons wedding. All of our accommodates were perfect. During the reception , my mother experienced a medical emergency. Your staff handled the situation with professionalism and caring . Medical personnal were quickly notified and my mother recieved quality care at the Joseph Brant Hospital. Thankfully , she has recovered and was able to make the journey home to Buffalo, New York. I will highly recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends ! Again my thanks to the staff and management - contuine the fantastic service !!!

“Great hotel”

This was a great hotel. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed - lots of drawers, good, spacious bathroom, things such as being able to turn on shower before you get into the shower and without getting wet. This was a great hotel. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed - lots of drawers, good, spacious bathroom, things such as being able to turn on shower before you get into the shower and without getting wet. Great amenities (toiletries, bathrobes, coffee, free snacks), mini fridge, ironing board etc. Even turn down service. The vibe is bright, fresh, modern, but warm. Zero complaints about the room whatsoever.

“If you only need a room for sleeping”

I’m a bit shocked what I paid for the night, for what I got. This is a beautiful hotel, the staff are very kind. I checked in after 10 pm so I couldn’t get room service.. The girls at the front desk said if I order delivery they will bring it up to me but I was too tired and for some reason that felt more tiring than my normal room service. I can’t figure out the TV aside from the one hockey channel so even though I am exhausted as I write this when I doze off I’m woken by other guest taking in the hall. Sound proofing is non-existent. There is what appears to be public parking across the street but valet attendant told me that hotel guest must park valet when I asked if I could park across the street. I don’t normally park valet because I don’t want to wait and like to have access first thing in the morning. This is a four star hotel room and that’s being generous. My room shows signs of wear and even unfinished trim. I pray there is hot water tomorrow morning. In the room there is no drinking water provided. They leave a glass craffe and there is a refill station by the elevator. I was exhausted so I found that disappointing. Then I go to take a hot shower and there was no hot water, the hot water would be gone, and come back but then be gone for over 10 min so I gave up The bed is firmer which I prefer a softer. The bedding is typical 4 star cotton bedding. There is full complement of toiletries which you would expect except no liquid hand soup. The bars gross me out for hand washing. I can hear the ppl in the next room when they are talking outside of their rooms. Maybe the grounds and amenities make up for it here. I arrived late and am leaving first thing in the morning. I’m disappointed in the value here. It is clean, and it’s not uncomfortable, it’s just some of the comforts and feel that I was expecting based on the price. I travel for work and personal. I have stayed in many hotels. I am at an age where I stay based on room comforts. Sleep quality is extremely important for me now. Every-time I doze off I am woken up to others guess taking in the hall. So my sleep quality is already disturbed. If you look for room comforts because that’s all I’m basing this review on and you have experience with accommodation based on spend with the caveat literally just sleeping so you booked based on only needing a room to sleep you will likely be disappointed too. Paying over six hundred Canadian for one night (that includes parking which is forty five but not optional) is way way way too much. I wouldn’t recommend based on other options near by.

We have stayed at the Pearle before (just myself and husband). Nice hotel- clean, great location. Not worth the price, but it’s nice. Decided to come back with the kids as we enjoyed it. We have stayed at the Pearle before (just myself and husband). Nice hotel- clean, great location. Not worth the price, but it’s nice. Decided to come back with the kids as we enjoyed it. At check in, found out kids aren’t allowed in pool from 10am-5pm. Same rate for us but inability to utilize amenities. This isn’t communicated in booking. Have never had this experience with any other hotel (fairmont, ritz, shangrala- so it’s not a “luxury hotel” thing). Needless to say we didn’t stay this time. Grateful they allowed us to cancel.
