“No functioning elevators”
Upon returning from a wedding on a shuttle with probably 20 other people we discovered that both elevators were not working. “Hotel Is Under Renovation”
First thing, and most important... room was clean and recently refurbished. I'm here for work, so I need my sleep... comfortable bed, quiet hotel... good to go, you got three stars.
