Parking is off premises to a secure lot they shuttle you to it and back. It was $40CAD a day extra. Hyatt next door uses same lot and they charged $70CAD a day. Floor 25 is an amazing observation deck to see falls, at night they light up and do 5 min fireworks. It’s free. We stayed on first floor cheapest, no view. Quiet and we didn’t need a view with the access to the observation deck. Saves a ton of $. Nespresso in room, also a fridge. Definitely recommend hotel!!! Avoid IHOP it’s about $35 CAD per person and the tax and Niagra Tourism tax are ridiculous. The Sky Fallsview Steakhouse was about $65 CAD per entree and the hotel gives you a $50CAD off coupon which was worth enjoying a nice dinner with amazing view. Remember they charge the tourism and sales tax which was about an extra $20 CAD total on 2 entrees, no drinks, appetizers or dessert.

--- The whole area is absolutely saturated with hotels, and with so many rooms packed into such a small radius, that horrid dynamic‑pricing system is clearly in full swing. Finding the hotel itself is easy enough though — you can’t really miss a building shaped like an Olympic torch. We took the WEGO bus, which is a separate company from the public buses. Even though our pre‑purchased attraction tickets weren’t activated at the train station, the driver advised us to activate them at the attraction instead. So we got on at rail station and off at the Hilton stop. Reception was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly when booking us in. We stayed on the 29th floor. One floor has an IHOP café/restaurant, and there’s also another viewing floor. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you can access the lovely viewing level. Our room was genuinely lovely and looked newly refurbished. I really liked the hexagon tiles in the bathroom in line with the building’s shape. We asked for a kettle, but none were available. Fair enough: coffee everywhere, tea not the national drink. The coffee machine and the coffee itself were fine, even for someone like me who only drinks coffee under duress (usually to stay awake). The temperature was comfortable, the room spotless, and the bed very comfortable. The huge windows in the bedroom gave a great view — we were on the city side, but it was still impressive. Later in the evening we wandered to the viewing floor with a glass of wine and watched the lights and fireworks over Niagara Falls. The view from up there is spectacular. It wasn’t crowded, and there were plenty of seats with excellent views Rooms aren’t serviced unless you ask, but if you need things like coffee, milk, or toilet rolls, you can collect them from the front desk. We weren’t there long enough to need fresh towels, but when we asked for a few bits they brought them up to the room. One thing I noticed — and this will either help guests or confuse them — is the lifts. Even after a few days I still hadn’t quite worked them out. Nothing major, just mildly baffling. The bar at Hilton very expensive if you want a night cap. Overall, we would recommend it. A great stay

Worth it for the amazing view to wake up too, we had a room on the 29th floor. Huge windows that cover the width of the room. The room was modern, a reasonable size, good for us as we were out all day. Coffee machine made surprisingly good coffee! Bathroom was small but adequate, again modern. Staff were friendly on check in out. 25th floor there is an observation desk, free for guests. So you can get the 360 view. 26th floor there is a IHOP restaurant. Over rated in my opinion. Wi-Fi was good and free. Housekeeping is on request, not a problem we were able to get extra coffee pods and milk very easily.
