A good place, great if travelling with pets, would choose again. Stayed recently with our dog for 2 nights. Really overall satisfied with our stay, it is a good place, for a relatively short / 1-3 night stay its very comfortable. The room was in good condition, a bit tight (though we did have a-lot of stuff and a large dog), it had all the basic amenities and the bed was comfortable. The room was generally clean, though some spots could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned, the washroom newer, and nice that the floors had no carpet (we were on floor 1 / pet friendly room). Solid black out drapes. No strong/bad smells, except maybe a bit smoky. All the staff were very nice, check in was easy, 24/7 free coffee and tea, free parking, lots of parking, and a cute breakfast area with indoor and outdoor seating. Unfortunately I did not make the continental breakfast, so I cant speak to it. If travelling with pets: the grounds are great as there are lots of open grassy areas for your four legged friends, and the pet friendly rooms have a door with direct access to outside - super handy, and also nice if u just want to leave your door open for fresh air (there is a screen door too). We did not hear noises from the hall or adjacent rooms, sound proofing seemed good, which also was preferable for our dog. The location is also good - many box stores close by, take out , and a full grocery store within a short walk. Very close to the highway exit. Overall well kept and a good experience, I would recommend and would choose again for a short stay.

“Sleepless nights”

Air conditioner/condenser was frozen and the noise was too loud for sleeping. Said they fixed it, but the second night, same thing happened. We had to turn it off. Room cleanup they forgot the coffee cups etc.

We arrived at 10 minutes to 3 and were told our room was not ready. They said come back in 30-45 minutes. Another couple checking in was told to go down the street and have a drink at the bar because it would be awhile. We arrived at 10 minutes to 3 and were told our room was not ready. They said come back in 30-45 minutes. Another couple checking in was told to go down the street and have a drink at the bar because it would be awhile. Multiple other people checked in while we waited for our room to be ready and were given room cards. Pretty sure the check in time listed on the website says 3pm. Once we got into our room 40 mins later it was a basic king size room. Dated decor, but it was clean and acceptable for a night stay. Then the ants started coming. One in the bed and multiple on the walls. Then the thermostat was set at 76F. No way to decrease the temp. It was a hot night. For a hotel with multiple intoxicated guest from the Tim McGraw concert to the sports teams staying it was incredibly quiet. I would stay here again but there are definitely some issues that need addressing.
