After Air Canada cancelled our evening flight and rebooked us for the following morning, we were fortunate to secure a room at this outstanding hotel. Its location directly within Terminal 3 at Toronto Pearson International Airport is simply unrivalled. After a long day of travel disruptions, the ability to walk directly from the terminal to the hotel, without the inconvenience of shuttle buses, taxis, or ride-shares, was invaluable. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the hotel conveyed a quiet sophistication and understated luxury. Our room was exceptionally spacious by airport hotel standards, offering plenty of room to unpack and unwind. The king-sized bed was supremely comfortable, the room was immaculately maintained, and the soundproofing was remarkable. Despite overlooking one of Canada's busiest airports, the room was serenely quiet, allowing for a restorative night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a generously sized walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and abundant hot water—small details that made a welcome difference after a long day of travel. What truly distinguished this property, however, was its exceptional service. The front desk agent greeted us with genuine warmth and empathy and worked diligently to accommodate us despite our unexpected arrival without a reservation. Her professionalism, kindness, and calm efficiency transformed what had been a stressful and disappointing day into a genuinely positive experience. She exemplified the level of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. The amenities were in keeping with a hotel of this calibre. While the bath products could be elevated and a Nespresso machine would be a welcome upgrade over the Keurig coffee maker, these were minor observations that did little to detract from an otherwise outstanding stay. Although our early departure meant we were unable to experience breakfast, our overnight stay exceeded every expectation. This is one of the finest airport hotels we have encountered, combining exceptional convenience, refined accommodations, and exemplary service. Sheraton has created a property that sets the benchmark for airport hospitality, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
