“Great hotel”
We have stayed at this location several times and it always great! Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on coming to Windsor

“A great place if you are doing chemo/radiation and are from out of town!”
My parents and I came here while undergoing Cancer Treatment and the Windsor Cancer Treatment Centre on Kildare Ave. The staff are kind, very accommodating and do everything in their power to serve and support guests. Not bad but nothing special. No welcome mini gift like a basket of apples or popcorn. No coffee and tea available for guests except during breakfast. No water to refill our bottles. And why is parking an extra $17? Also, the windows were dirty, the rooms not super clean and we saw a little insect … more
