“Customer service at the highest level!”
Amazing staff who bent over backwards to help fix a mistake that a third party booking company made. Their head of guest services Rob Williamson went to bat for me with this incredibly difficult third party travel service to get me refunded and rebooked - WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!
