“Great experience”
Hotel is in walking distance to all major attraction and staff are so friendly. We come back every couple of years and it’s always great

“overall a good place, but I very much dislike it when companies make me do their work for them”
Really dislike self service counters. I don't work for Monville, there's no reason I should be checking myself in. If you want me to work for you and check myself in, pay me like an employee.

“If you want a central location, go for it”
Very central location, within walking distance to Saint Catherine, main shopping street, old Montreal, old port and central station. “Possible Improvements”
The only comment I have concerns the hotel's bed. The bed itself sits too low making it difficult for older guests such as myself to get in and out of bed without straining the back. Secondly the mattress was too soft. Should have been firmer. If you still wanted softness for guests I suggest a … more

Great location. Friendly staff and clean lobby. Rooms are clean and simple. There was a Nespresso machine but no water bottles. AC is not not adjustable at 20 degrees and the room was very warm along w/ heavy duvets with no option of a flat sheet in between. Both rooms had dead bolts were no… more
