This is very good hotel and is terrific value. The most outstanding feature, however, was the service. From restaurant to housekeeping it was very good. But above all was the front desk service from Maxime. A member of my family had a health crisis and when I called the front desk late at night Maxime couldn’t do enough to help. He contacted emergency services and came to our room and stayed until the ambulance arrived and expedited the whole process. He made a difficult situation so much better - he deserves to be commended for his compassion and service above and beyond the call of duty .

“Nice Location & not Overpriced”

This hotel is located really close to the Bell Center and is reasonably priced. It has valet parking but, you may have to park elsewhere if you have a higher vehicle. This hotel is located really close to the Bell Center and is reasonably priced. It has valet parking but, you may have to park elsewhere if you have a higher vehicle. There is parking that provides more clearance about a block away. It has an on site bar and restaurant with many options within walking distance. Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

We recently spent 4 nights at this well-maintained hotel located around the corner from Saint Catherine Street and a stone’s throw up the hill from the Bell Centre. We enjoyed the varied breakfast offerings at the in-house restaurant (including the buffet) and evening drinks at the bar. Our King Room was well-appointed although I question why the bar fridge was locked. Special thanks to Kaelya at the front desk and Kia at the bar for their friendliness and helpful demeanor!

The hotel is modern and super clean. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The front desk is professional and friendly. Perfect location. BUT, and that is a disappointing but. The morning buffet and restaurant staff are horrible. The food is poor quality. Terrible service from staff, not friendly, disappear, don't check on guests or even offer to warm tea or coffee. Such a nice hotel, but the restaurant should elevate the hotel stay, this experience is why my rating is low. And a 3 was generous because of the rest of the hotel The buffet food was cold. simply, almost like a continental buffet in a motel. the fruits where big chunks, and the watermelon still had the skin edge. If ordering from menu the same pancakes at least looked better on the plates, but still luke warm. The menu item had a better selection of fruits and berries.
