“Lake views and calm atmosphere”

Beautiful setting and a peaceful property that makes you slow down. Service was professional, rooms were comfortable, and the views were the highlight. Worth it for a restful stay.

We were booked to come here towards the end of a month long trip through Chile and this was the last but one hotel on our trip. We were staying elsewhere but decided to try and get an extra day in here so arrived early, and were very glad we did. I am an architect by profession so loved the Frank Lloyd Wright feel of the design and the gardens and pool and views are spectacular. It is small but a little Gem of a place with wonderful staff who were delightful. It was bult in the 1950,s and retains many features from its construction and of course they managed to get an excellent location back then with spectacular lake views from the rooms and from the restaurant. We dined in the restaurant, and had some wonderful meals and indeed met many fellow guests who like the place, were charming and delightful, though I have to say that having travelled around a bit of Chile, it seems to attract that sort of person / family. Pucon really is activity central and you would be pushed to be bored here, and the center of town is only 5 min drive or 20min walk away. The setting is beautiful with the stunning volcano back drop. We drove up the latter and then took ski lifts to the higher levels which was well worth doing for the view, and followed it by sailing on the lake in the afternoon. We unfortunately could not get the fishing in that we wanted to do but that gives us an excuse to come back but we walked quite extensively in the surrounding hills and forests. The weather was perfect during our stay, so we did not need to light the wood burning stove in our room, which size wise were perfectly adequate with very comfortable bedding and beds and we both slept really well during our stay. A little Gem of a place as is Pucon, and we miss it greatly, as I am now sat in a cold damp and dark Yorkshire in the UK !!

“Best experience ever”

This was the best hotel we ever stayed. Everything is well designed to fulfill the best customer experience. We are in Nature, we are Nature. The scenic views are breathtaking. From our room we spent many hours contemplating the lights of life and nature. Indescribable! Very close to Pucon.

It’s relatively small so it feels immediately comfortable. The decor and style is mid-century. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. There are fantastic views from the rooms of Lake Villarica. The grounds are spectacular. It is like a park with a private beach. We enjoyed the spa/pool area very much. Service is excellent and friendly. Food in the restaurant is good although we mostly ate in Pucon. Pucon is just 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!
