“Great location and friendly staff”

Looks like a relatively new building close to the lake. The room we had on floor 3 was spacious and nicely furnished, with very high ceilings and a lake view. It had AC or you could open the windows, the only downside to that was the Muzak playing on the terrace until dusk followed by the dawn chorus of ibis! There was a fridge and a safe and there is a good sized closed car park. The floor was not in very good condition in the room, it was coming unlaminated and we needed to cover it with a rug to avoid trips. We also found we could not get much hot water, I did mention it to reception and they said if told they could put the hot water on again, but this happened late at night and then again in the morning so it’s an ongoing problem. The breakfast was all freshly prepared with a pleasant member of staff who willingly made decaffeinated coffee and helped with other requests. There was a nice hot selection as well as the usual fruit and breads. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As a hotel it had a large outdoor terrace that didn’t seem to get used and only small sitting areas on each floor. There was no lounge or bar area and the breakfast area was not lighted at night so you couldn’t use a table. The location is really good as you can easily get to the lake and walk around Pucon town centre from here. They also offer discounts at some Thermal Springs.

“Excellent hotel”

Stayed for two nights as part of our Chilean tour. Immaculately clean, spacious room and very helpful staff. Excellent location in a quiet area of the town and easy parking. Room view of the volcano was amazing. Definitely one of the nicest places to stay.

Great location. Within walking distance to center with all shops and restaurants yet in a quiet location across from park and water. Welcoming and English speaking reception. Boutique style hotel. No carpets in rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Each floor with a nice common area with coffe… more

Great location. Within walking distance to center with all shops and restaurants yet in a quiet location across from park and water. Welcoming and English speaking reception. Boutique style hotel. No carpets in rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Each floor with a nice common area with coffee service. Nice outdoor umbrella covered area to have a cocktail. Breakfast adequate.

“Lacks ambience, did not give us promised room”

We had booked a room with lake view but did not get it. We told them at reception at check-in but they apologised, said they were booked out and could do nothing about it. We had booked a room with lake view but did not get it. We told them at reception at check-in but they apologised, said they were booked out and could do nothing about it. The room (211) faced away from the lake and had no view whatsoever. If we had been higher up we could probably have had a view of the volcano – that would have been OK with us – but on the second floor the view was totally blocked by trees. The room itself was nice enough and quite spacious. But there was no complimentary water, no electric kettle or any other facilities for coffee, and no paper tissues. The hotel has no dinner restaurant; breakfast was OK. There is a bar and you can sit outside but the bar staff seemed a bit confused and we had to remind them about the coffee/drinks that we ordered a couple of times before they served it. We were not so enamoured by this place as many others seem to be. It's OK but nothing special.
