“Perfect layover stay, value for money”
The room is fully functional with toiletries provided. One onsite restaurant as well. I was able to check-in slightly early. Gym has water and you can refill water bottle. Checked into Hotel Diego de Almagro for one night on an overnight layover in Santiago. It’s a budget hotel but one of the better ones I’ve stayed at. “Convenient location”
We stayed two nights. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the beds comfortable. The pleasant bathroom had a good shower with plentiful hot water. Staff was pleasant. The restaurant had a limited menu, but the food was well-prepared. This is a good hotel for air travelers.

“Some very unhelpful staff.”
When we arrived by car I went into the hotel to get a luggage trolley. The bell boy studiously ignored me and simply walked away with the only available trolley.
