“A great luxury hotel in downtown Santiago”
It is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. And quite high quality food too (and we didn't even try the Michelin restaurant!). They could use a little better training for the staff and extend concierge service hours, but otherwise an excellent stay!

Our service was was outstanding, from Raul and Ignacio at the lobby, to Jacenka and all of the servers in the indoor restaurant & rooftop bar, we had attentive & professional service. We had an amazing stay. Location was central to many sites (we love walking as we explore a city). Close to start of free walking tour, museums (including Naruda’s home) and other fun spots.
