We made the hotel a base for our travels in Chile. The location is ideal--walking distance from many attractions and easy to get to. The staff are warm and welcoming. Excellent hotel in Santiago. I enjoyed my stay here, it was clean, confortable and well located. The restaurant is good. Special mention to Scarlett of Bristol restaurant, was so helpful with gluten-free options at the restaurant, and Claudia who drive me to the airport.
