I thought this was an excellent hotel in the heart of central Santiago. It's close to many museums and sights, like Santa Lucia hill, Plaza De Armes, the Teatro, Museum of Fine arts. “Thumbs up for our first hotel in South America”
Super friendly staff, great pool and bar area, good breakfast. Felt very safe here. Only minor downside was door cards which kept failing.
