“Great service”
My sister and I were attended by leanyer and she was awesome. So sweet and helpful and full of energy. All the staff here have been really great. Also the pisco sours were delicious. The rooms are great as well

Got this hotel because of proximity to bus station. Area is very dodgy as described by other reviews. There is a security guard walking around inside the restaurant and lobby which is reassuring. “Lovely staff, terrible shady location”
I have stayed in Ibis Hotels all over the world, and this one had lovely, helpful caring staff. They are a credit to the company, a girl on reception even leant us her travel card for the metro.
