“Excellent Value, Great Location”
The hotel has nice big apartment style rooms and very good breakfasts. The location is great - a reasonably quiet street but just down the road from the metro and shops and restaurants of Providencia. Excellent value for this relatively expensive city. “Great place”
Great place to stay in Santiago, Chile it is so close to shopping, restaurants in walking distance, yo dont even need a taxi. It is safe and crew really awesome. I stayed for a week and was a nice experience

“Perfect”
Great location, near to good restaurants and the new shopping costanera center. The rooms are very good and you have a kitchen if you want to do some cooking. The breakfast is included and very complete.

“Perfect as always”
My family and I spent 3 days last December, and even though I already reviewed this Hotel I gotta give my thumbs up again, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. I love staying at Presidente edificio. Thank you !
