“Perfect location of the RQ Santiago”
My stay at the RQ is always a pleasure. The warmth of all the staff is remarkable. Its location is perfect, allowing you to choose how to get around: walking, by bus, or by car, as it is strategically situated. Whenever I travel to Chile, I try to stay in all the RQ hotels.

“A+ customer service from Pablo Carcamo”
I stayed at this hotel with my family. Pablo Carcamo had outstanding customer service! He helped us so much! He was able to get us an Electric charger, chip for cellphone, tour referentes, whatever you asked him he will have it! Definitely a place to come back!

“First stop in South America was good.”
Location is great. You can walk to restaurants and shops nearby as also the metro station. Room and staff are good. Breakfast is not that great though. The reception staff Consuelo was very helpful and cheerful.
