“A Wonderful Stay at Solace”
What a wonderful hotel experience! We stayed for several days while meeting our son in Santiago. Really liked this hotel. We had a premier suite which should have had city views but it was too low down so they gave us a free brekkie on one morning and we were pretty happy with that. Reasonable hotel and not 5 star. Check-in staff didn't ask for a room deposit which later led to confusing conversations about our late laundry and paying for meals at the hotel. “Great Location/ Beds Comfortable”
The hotel is location in a great location, close to lots of good shopping and restaurants. It is quite dated. And could do with some updating in the rooms. The breakfast was good. The food in the the restaurant was nice. It was clean. Bed was comfortable.
