“Breakfast should be better”

I liked everything about the hotel. Everything was clean and the apartment was very good! I don't know why people complain a lot about it! It's a good hotel, nice location, only the breakfast should be better! I have no complaints!

This apartment block is perfectly located for you to stroll the city of Santiago at your convenience. Situated close to Tobalaba metro station, it offers unique possibilities to quickly travel to all of Santiago's must sees and mysterious secrets such as the central cemetery, museum of fine arts (Belles Artes) and the museum remembrance and civil rights all about what dictatorship does to people. In the El Bosque area – around the corner of the apartment complex - you will find great restaurants in all styles and cuisines. In the evening you can relax on the balcony of your spacious suite, sipping a glass of excellent Chilean wine that you just bought at the Costanera Center. Versalles Suites provides a great service offering clean sheets and towels daily for a nice price. The staff is very helpful, answering patiently all questions you might have, while the free breakfast - although basic - is served by wonderful local ladies who welcome you every morning with a smile, freshly brewed coffee and warm bread. But with all these goodies you would expect them to put some fresh paint on the walls, repair or replace the cushions of the seats in the living area and do something about the empty walls by putting up some local art. These may seem minor issues, but it would make this great place even more excellent. Hopefully they will keep the price as is, though, thereby creating good value for your money. Places like these are needed in the city of Santiago.

Stayed two night on way too cruise from Valparaíso, room was fine for three people and good value, but old and worn out, kitchen a health hazard wouldn't want to cook there. Good location for access to costaneva mall and hill park, gondela is a must do, easy walk away and clean and safe neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff, and on site taxi excellent, got him too take us to Valparaiso, not the cheapest option, but wonderful service, we even stopped at a winery on the way. Breakfast sufficient but would want a week of the same. Noisey at night, but is in the central city so too be expected
