“Convenient and clean”
Enjoyed our stay here. Very nice decor in the room and very clean, quiet and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Free parking on site. Convenient to City center and not far from Route 5. The hotel has a restaurant that is good which is convenient for late arriving travelers.

“Best in town”
Check-in was courteous and relatively fast (it’s never super fast in Chile). The building is newish. The rooms large and modern. The price is reasonable. Restaurants close by, or in the hotel. Pool and small gym is a plus. What more can you ask for?

“Very Good Hotel”
I rented two rooms, one for me and one for my father. The room(s) was (were) clean and very spacious. Breakfast was very nice. “Reasonable Stop for Scouting Surroundings”
We stayed just one night on our way back to Santiago from Chiloe. Check in was slow and there was only one individual behind the desk on a weekend with lots of traffic. “Not so good. Noisy room”
I went for work travel. Stayed in the hotel for 4 days, I could hear my neighboor snorring. Not enough shampoo in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor, not fresh fruit (canned), the coffee was really bad.
