“Great stay, good value for money”
Great location right next to the mall. Respectable noise level. Rooms were clean, good shower and very comfortable beds!

“Happy Guest”
I had a very pleasant experience with my family. The hotel is lovely and clean, the staff are super friendly and the breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is 10/10, and perfect for those visiting for mall shopping or tourism. I will definitely stay again. Thank you Novotel Puerto Montt!

“Great views from the rooms....”
I was there for a quick business meeting. The rooms are beautiful, and the views breathtaking. Although, It was a little difficult to find the hotel parking, I was guided by Carlos from the front desk, and I arrived without any issues.
