We travelled as a family of five with three teenagers and found the hotel clean, spacious and the staff very helpful. There was a large variation of breakfast options and plenty of space to eat in the mornings. We found the bar staff in the hotel did not have a clue when it came to pouring and making cocktails even though they would advertise them constantly. 😂. There were an Handful of bars and restaurants that were a lot cheaper than the hotel right next door in the evening that did excellent food and there was also a kfc at the end of the road which was ideal with three teenagers needing a westernised fast food kick. The hotel was a long distance to the centre but there was a subway called Niwa station a five minute walk away which was unbelievably cheap and easy to use but took nearly 40 minutes to get to the centre. Overall not a bad hotel but wished we stayed nearer the centre.

“First stop of China tour”

My wife and I were part of a tour group and this hotel was our first stop. The check in was a very slow process due to us arriving mid morning. My wife and I were part of a tour group and this hotel was our first stop. The check in was a very slow process due to us arriving mid morning. I would say this was the fault of Exoticcaas we all know rooms are never ready so early! The bedrooms were spacious and tidy as were the bathrooms although the shower was a bit grubby. The selection for breakfast was very good, a mixture of chinese and western food ( or what the chinese think western food is )!! There was a metro station relatively close and overall I thought the hotel was very good.

I didn't choose this hotel, as it was included in my package tour. It is not a bad hotel, but it isn't a luxury hotel, just 4 stars. The rooms are OK, nice size and good bathroom. I didn't choose this hotel, as it was included in my package tour. It is not a bad hotel, but it isn't a luxury hotel, just 4 stars. The rooms are OK, nice size and good bathroom. The biggest problem is the reception, that the young people who are there don't speak english and less spanish, which was quite difficult and is an unthinkable thing in a supposed international hotel. It is mainly addressed to chinese public. And the breakfast buffet was a mess. You had to go very early if you wanted to eat properly, and there weren't enought tables for the number of rooms, so you sometimes had to share tables with strange people, which is not reasonable in a luxury hotel. And the hotel is really far from the center of Beijing. Fortunately, there was a metro station close to it. The lobby: very luxurious
