“Nice hotel but not central”
Not the most central hotel but very comfortable. There is a great food court in the Mall across the road check out the hotpots cooked in front of you. There is a reasonably large supermarket in the mall but a great little shop on the corner of the hotel which seems to be open 24 hrs a day for drin… more

“Uncooperative Reception & Inconvenient Location”
The reception staff were uncooperative and often responded with frowns and impatience. Only one person at the front desk spoke English, and despite having many staff members, guests had to communicate in person using translation apps. “Cold room”
The room is very cold, I asked for a heater and they don’t have any. The heaters are off at all the hotel including the lobby and breakfast area. When I asked reception they said heaters are off at all Beijing. I don’t know if it is a general situation or not but I hated that.
