This is a very good hotel with large rooms. In January 2018 we stayed 2 nights including breakfast in a non-smoking room with king bed. Front desk staff spoke limited but adequate English. “Comfortable hotel in town”

“Close to the train station”
There was some limitation on non smoking rooms so we could only get one non smoking room. We did have the sense that even on the non smoking floors that smoking occurred due to the smell in rooms and ashtrays in the hallways. The staff however were helpful and efficient.
