As GHA Titanium member, we were upgraded to a club room and were given club access, which we enjoyed. hotel drop-off was not available during our arrival. we had to park in the basement, walk quite far to the lift, and bring our own luggage up from there Lounge only had one choice of fruit juice. Maybe more choices of fruit juice would be good. Tea selection was not available during evening canapés/happy hour, and staff seemed unsure of what tea was available. Would also be nice if hot cocoa/hot chocolate was available Room had strong smoke smell. Perhaps crackdown harder on people smoking in the hotel rooms. Apart from that, we had a great experience, the front desk staff were all very friendly, room was very nice, view was great Overall, This was a much better then an earlier stay that we had at the Guangzhou Kempinski Residences. I feel that the Kempinski Xiamen is definitely befitting of a Kempinski brand. It is a model that other Kempinski hotels should strive to follow. Breakfast had a large quantity of food and Sunny at the restaurant was very flexible and friendly, clears plates timely, able to make hot chocolate (other staffs couldn't, and there was one breakfast staff who was very inflexible) Mark Ma gave us more coffee to drink when he knew we drank a lot Cleaner Jiang Zhu decorated our room and left us a nice message, which was very sweet of her. We are very pleased with our stay at Kempinski Xiamen, and we would definitely return if we have the same benefits as this stay. 作为GHA钛金卡会员，我们被升级到行政楼房，也有行政酒郎待遇。前台服务也很周到，还给我们茶喝。我们很满意 抵达酒店的时候，大堂外没能停车的地方。导致我们要在地下库停车，走一段路到电梯，然后自己把行李带上去。可能当时住客比较多。 行政酒郎的果汁只有一个选择。可以有多一点不同的果汁。茶在开胃餐时就没有了。员工也不清楚行政酒郎有哪种茶。如果有热可可/热巧克力就会很好。但是，开胃餐的食物很不错 房间的烟味很重。可能酒店可以采取一些更较有效的措施来防止客人在房间里面吸烟。 除此之外，我们入住的体验非常棒，前台很友善，风景很不错，房间也很舒适。 总体来说，这跟我们在同期时住的广州凯宾斯基简直是天壤之别。厦门的凯宾斯基非常像样，真的是给凯宾斯基集团长脸。简直是一个楷模。 其他的凯宾斯基应该尽量多模仿，多学学。 关于早餐，食物有很多选择。Sunny 能变通，很友善，清理很快，会弄热巧克力 （其它员工不会。我们还在早餐时候遇到一个非常死板的员工）。 Mark ma 知道我们喜欢喝咖啡，就给了我们很多 姜诛帮我们装饰房间，也留了一封信给我们。非常贴心 我们对这次的入住体验非常满意。假如能一直有同样的待遇和好处的话，我们一定毫不犹豫的回来。
