“Great service!”
I used 5000 ihg points to redeem one night here. This hotel was up to 3.5 stars standard. Spacious room with a separate shower space. Free breakfast was very various including local cuisines. Each staff was very accommodating and helpful. They tried their best to work out any problem we confronted.

“Breakfast fails the standard of the hotel”
Hotel in the heart of the city with bright, airy rooms and opening windows. The latter a necessity as the aircon is locked on super heat! No English spoken by staff. Unfortunately, breakfast is limited with no Western selections and meagre Chinese offerings. Instant coffee only and no fruit juices.… more

“Adequate hotel near city center”
Adequate hotel located in the old city of Zhangye, about an hour from the airport (every hotel is an hour from the airport, which was built by the new city). “Acceptable for a remote location”
Travelers to Danxia National park and Great Buddha Temple do not have much choice for international standard hotels in Zhangye - the Holiday Inn Express we found quite acceptable for a night's rest.
