“Very staff kindly”

All things was good. But Guangzhou people's could not speak english. Very kindly and polite staff was most preference of hotel. Hotel is near to good shopping centers and Tianhe area. I and my friend stay for 9 night at this hotel. Thank u staffs.👵 Thank u staffs.💂

Service was all good but if I didn't have a Chinese friend, communication with the reception staff would have been difficult for less straightforward matters.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights a little before Christmas 2015. The hotel verges between a 3-star and 4-star. There are many good features of the hotel: The buffet breakfast is excellent; the toiletries and bathtub and shower are very good; the room is a reasonable size and the bed is very comfortable; and the maid service is quite good. On the more negative side, the free wifi is quite slow. It's usable most of the time, but it's not up to the quality I would like. Also, the hotel does not have an accessible staircase, which forces you to rely on the three elevators. With 27 floors in the hotel, you often have to wait a long time for an elevator. My room was on the 26th floor, and I would have preferred to go up to it by stairs, but that was impossible. Finally, for foreign guests who don't know Chinese, this hotel might be difficult to stay in. The staff are friendly and helpful, but very few of them know any English. If I hadn't been able to communicate to them in Chinese, I wouldn't have been able to get a couple of problems in the room fixed. They did take care of the problems very well, but that was only because I was able to explain them in Chinese. For visitors who know Chinese, I would definitely recommend the hotel, but if you don't know Chinese, you should be cautious.

I stayed at this hotel for a week during Canton Fair and it was a very nice experience. The rooms are very nice and clean, nice bathroom, good air conditioner and very comfortable beds. I came every day exhausted after a day of business in the extremely big fair and the Hotel offered a nice retreat. When I first arrived, I found the room smelling of cigarettes but apparently in China they don't take the no smoking sign very seriously... The Hotel is close to the fair complex and it offers a complimentary bus service. The breakfast buffet is OK and whatever you need, the staff is very willing to help you. All in all, a good place to stay.

this is a four star hotel with four star qualifications. you have all you need with the price you paid. Clean room, friendly staff but limited English. there is a very good breakfast with various food, both Chinese and International. location is okey. It is a bit far from metro station, it costs 12 yuan by taxi to nearest metro station. We stayed to visit Canton Exhibition Center, and it costs from hotel to Canton 20 yuan. There is a bus, code is 239, with 2 yuan from Canton to hotel, it has a good route you can use it.
