I had to travel to Shenzhen for work, and booked 1 week at the Fietser, I was with another business partner, so we booked the 2 bedroom room. My other co-worker was alone, so he booked the single bedroom room. The room size is outstanding. In the 2 bed room, there's an entry-way, dining area, separate living/family room area, full kitchen, and 2 full size bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, not the "typical" wood board that China is known for. The desk staff is extremely nice, a full breakfast came with my room, and it was a good breakfast, a good combination of western and Chinese options. Door attendant was always willing to help hail a taxi. The location of the hotel has you just 1 block away from many shopping and dining options. It was such a great experience, my company has made an agreement with Fietser that we use them when we are in Shenzhen from now on.

The location is excellent. The rooms are large, very clean, and well equipped (mostly). This is truly an apartment and the staff makes you feel at home. Always a doorman and smiling front desk staff. The location is excellent. The rooms are large, very clean, and well equipped (mostly). This is truly an apartment and the staff makes you feel at home. Always a doorman and smiling front desk staff. Housekeeping is never more than 2 minutes away from your phone call. There is not enough room to "safely" get dropped off or picked up due to the hotel location. If you plan to cook, you will need to ask for more cooking utensils and the rice cooker, but housekeeping is more than happy to provide you with everything you need. 1 block away from Starbucks, convenience stores, grocery stores and about 30 restaurants. Very impressed with my week long stay. This will be my Shenzhen "goto"!

“Good but not 5star”

It’s a good hotel but not 5star as it claims. It’s right on a small ride and doesn’t read has anywhere to unload, so taxi always just stop on the road which is fine. It’s a good hotel but not 5star as it claims. It’s right on a small ride and doesn’t read has anywhere to unload, so taxi always just stop on the road which is fine. The deco is simple but a little outdated, details will tell you they’re wares and need re-touch. I was surprised it’s a SMOKE hotel, you need to tell them if you want a non-smoking room and that request is not guaranteed, this is the biggest disappointment for me. The room smelled much smoke and they didn’t do anything really helpful. There’s washer but no dryer, basic kitchen utensils we didn’t use, not sure I see pots but you can probably ask for it if you plan to cook, fridge is family size, provide couple free bottled water but I ordered grocery store delivery of water/milk/yogurt etc so not a problem. It’s a ok chioce, if we get a non-smoking, otherwise I’ll pass.

This is one hotel without a car porch so you have to drive down the basement car park and hunt for the lift entrance to the lobby. First timer can waste 10-15 minutes doing just that. The hotel is average, good value for money. Because it's slightly away from main road, taxi can be hard to find, and you need to get in and out quickly to avoid blocking other cars. Rooms are nice and good, they come in suites with kitchen, laundry, living room. Great for 2 or 3 guests sharing an apartment. Fixtures are new and working. Free wifi as in most local Chinese hotels. Breakfast is local standard, minimal but adequate.
