Good overall experience. The check-in took needlessly long though. I didn't get the point of using the World of Hyatt check-in app and using my phone as an access key when I still needed to line up. “Wonderful stay”
Wonderful rooms and very comfortable, modern and clean as expected of hyatt. Only slight incovenience is the need to switch lifts to get from ground floor to hotel lifts.
