“Wonderful stay”
Wonderful rooms and very comfortable, modern and clean as expected of hyatt. Only slight incovenience is the need to switch lifts to get from ground floor to hotel lifts.

“Best place to stay in Shenzhen”
The Grand Hyatt Shenzen is the place to stay. 5 stars all the way around. It is by far the best hotel in Asia. Jasmine Cui and her staff are rockstars!
