“The renewed floor is fantastic”
First of all you should request a room on the 16th floor. It’s a 5 star room type. Renewed and modern. TV in the bathroom was a surprise. You have both bathtub and shower. “Nice hotel with modern amenities ”
Very spacious rooms. After a tiring day of work, the sleep is very peaceful. The top floor rooms are with a good city view. The MTR station is 5 min walk from the hotel. “Business Hotel, worth 3+ of the 4 Stars”
I stayed at Sandborg Hotel several times.. Last Time within December 2016. The newly redecorated rooms at the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floor are Tiptop: spacious, clean and proper maintained.. The breakfast is lala, but somehow ok... SENSATIONAL is the dinner buffet -> :-) !!

“Shenzhen visit”
Room very clean and nice only the floor I asked not smoking but smell tobacco but everything is ok not problem to stay there. place near from industrial sector, medium recommended for stay some days there

“Room is FINE”
The rooms are nice, the clean staffs are nice as well. I don't like the breakfast and dinner they provide, very few options can choose, and the staff there are not so professional to treat you. The best food is from dinner the Char siu is great!
