What a fun experience! We were able to check in early. This is the first hotel we have ever stayed that there is a 96th floor lobby. “My return trip to Shenzen after 39 years. What a difference.”
I really appreciated the service here at Saint Regis. Our butler, Eddie did a fantastic job as well as everybody on the staff at check-in. The robot brought water to our room. That was really cool.
