I found this resort to be the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the casino strip. The facilities exceeded my expectations. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi were particularly relaxing, while the outdoor pool and surrounding leisure areas were beautifully maintained, providing an ideal setting for swimming laps or simply unwinding. The gym was also well-equipped and complemented the resort's focus on wellness and relaxation. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The guest services team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating throughout my stay. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Hancy for going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Your professionalism, attentiveness, and outstanding customer service are a true reflection of the excellent training and passion you bring to the hospitality industry. This is an exceptional hotel that perfectly captures the essence of a relaxing resort getaway and creates an experience that is truly unforgettable. Our room offered breathtaking, panoramic ocean views, with plenty of space to relax in comfort. Surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful gardens, and the soothing sounds of nature, the atmosphere was peaceful, tranquil, and rejuvenating. The entire property was impeccably maintained, and the elegant lobby created a sense of comfort and relaxation from the moment we arrived. Café Panorama exudes a tropical resort ambience, making it the perfect place to unwind. Their cocktails are outstanding and of an exceptionally high standard—an absolute must-try. The Cantonese specialties at Kwun Hoi Heen were equally impressive, with every dish beautifully prepared and delicious. All restaurant staff were professional, attentive, and caring throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Kiddie, whose excellent service and warm hospitality left a lasting impression on us. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we experienced genuine hospitality. The doorkeeper immediately greeted us with a warm smile and kindly assisted us with our luggage. At the front desk, Jeremy was highly professional, welcoming, and attentive. He made us feel completely at home and ensured that our check-in experience was smooth and comfortable. Opening the door to our room was another delightful surprise. The room was spotless and impeccably prepared. We were especially touched by the handwritten birthday card thoughtfully prepared by the hotel. The Chinese calligraphy was so beautiful that we brought the card home as a cherished keepsake and continue to admire it. The complimentary birthday cake was also delicious and added a very special touch to our celebration. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Nancy from the Reservations Department. Her prompt responses, attention to detail, and thoughtful arrangements played a significant role in making our stay perfect from the very beginning. In addition, the housekeeping team was consistently courteous and professional. Every staff member we encountered demonstrated sincerity, dedication, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding service. One of the most pleasant surprises was that, even when we sat outside in the garden or on our private balcony in the evening, enjoying the sea breeze and beautiful views, there were virtually no mosquitoes. This clearly reflects the hotel’s meticulous attention to environmental management, landscape maintenance, and pest control, allowing guests to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces without any disturbance. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and memorable holiday in Macau, this hotel is undoubtedly the perfect choice. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the doorkeeper, Jeremy, Nancy, as well as all the staff members at the restaurants, bar, housekeeping, and every other department. “Family friendly hotel in Macau”

A great family friendly hotel in Macau. Close enough to Studio city and Parisian by taxi, but far enough away to enough the peace and quiet. Great pool, delicious food and really nice for the whole family.
