The Hotel was very close to the city centre, spacious room, excellent staff at reception. Very obliging and helpful. Comfy beds and would stay again. Only negative was I had paid for the Hotel some months prior to staying there and when the staff wanted a credit card held for "sundry items" and they charged us again for the room. I had given them a different card as the original one was cancelled through attempted fraud. Only realised when we got back to NZ about a week later. An email sorted it out promptly with an apology and a stated refund within a few minutes of sending it. A tip, when coming across to Macau by ferry do NOT take the taxi a person offers you. Go to the taxi stand and get to the Hotel at 1/3 of the price. Lesson learnt.

“Good hotel”

Good location and very comfort for me. The hotel is located at near casinos. You can walk from Lisboa by about 5 minutes. I definitely recommend here.

“Macau Trip”

The hotel is clean but quite old. The staffs are all friendly and nice. For the breakfast buffet need to add more varieties of food, the air conditioning unit are not cold enough. Overall for the service is excellent just need to upgrade the facilities.

An old Smokey hotel that reeks of cigarettes from the carpets to the AC, with areas infested with black mould; The hotel generally reeks of old cigarette smoke. When I was first greeted with the original room in the 14th floor I was horrified, the room looked like it survived the 1970’s, black mould was visible in the restroom and the walls were literally falling off in the sleeping area. I immediately had a discussion with the supervisor, Ms Astrid who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in trying to help me and my family, I am a Diamond IHG member and was given an appropriate room. We got 2 rooms at the top level the 28th floor; a Newley renovated room that looked like a “hotel room”. The staff are extremely polite and I mean highly hospitable and often went out of their way to help the guests, most of the staff speak English and those who who know less English always greet you with a friendly smile. The management of the hotel has gone out of their way to enforce no smoking, every corner of the hotel has a no smoking emblem, and signs warning of the maximum fine and warning of installed sensors, holistically and justly speaking I would personally avoid this hotel it is a very old hotel in badly need of a foundational renovation, it is a shame as it has a top of the line staff that any owner would wish for.
