We stayed at Okura from April 6 to 11, and it remains my top choice in Macau. It feels like a second home, and I can't count how many times I’ve stayed there. They consistently maintain their high standards. Although I didn't mention it was my birthday, they still remembered, which was a lovely surprise. My stay was perfect, relaxing and memorable, and I truly cherish every moment at the hotel. My family members share the same sentiment. Special thanks to the team at the Executive Lounge, especially Frost, Stan, Kobe, Ivy, Archie, and Allen, who always ensure we are well taken care of. There were only minor issues with housekeeping, but their quick response addressed them promptly. Although we stayed for five nights, we still wish we could have stayed longer. We miss you all.

We recently stayed at the Okura Hotel Macau from 7 to 12 March 2026 and it was a truly unforgettable experience for our 3 generations of family members. This is our fourth visit to Macau and we stayed in a 5 star resort within the same Group previously which we thought was superb but the experience at Okura was a totally different level. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Frost Lau, the Executive Lounge Manager and his team. We were impressed by the exceptional service throughout our stay and the staff that we interact with. The team at the Executive Lounge, Frost, Stan, Kobe, Jiggy, Brittany, Addison and not to mention Ivy, Helen, Allen which I believe is from Nagomi Lounge went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always attentive, gracious and genuinely caring. Their thoughtful hospitality created a relaxed and refined atmosphere that made our family feel both special and at home A big shout out to the excellent Housekeeping team whose meticulous attention to detail and dedication was evident every day. Our rooms were maintained to the highest standards, reflecting a level of pride and professionalism that is truly world class. What stood out most was the sincerity of the service at every touch point - service from the heart, genuine, warm and effortless. It's not easy catering to a multi-generational family with different needs but the team at Okura Macau did so seamlessly and with genuine kindness. I wish to highlight 2 memorable experience which impressed me the most: 1) On the 2nd morning of my stay I was asked how was my sleep last night. Informed the staff that I did no have a good sleep as this is quite normal during our first night stay in any Hotel. Later, I was impressed that the staff informed us a pillow mist has been placed in our rooms to ensure we have a good sleep. 2) My father-in-law lost his voice the second day and Helen noticed that during breakfast and immediately recommended a warm lemon tea and she even offered some pre pack lemon and salt for my father-in-law to guggle in the room. Last but not least my sincere thanks to Henry Chan, the GM of Okura Hotel Macau for providing such excellent leadership to this world class team. For those that we come in contact with but did not manage to get your name, my sincere apologies. You guys rock too! Beautiful and spacious room with luxuries amenities. Attending chambermaid (Bong) including the manager (Sen) were both super helpful and attentive to our needs!
