LOCATION Great hotel location near all essentials! Just behind a small park on a main road with peace and quiet, easy bus access and 2 shopping malls (AEON, Young Mi) across the street, the hotel is well suited to universal travelers needs. There are parking spaces just outside the hotel. Lobby is sparkling clean with shiny marble floors and a décor with pastoral themed furniture (horse lamp and pig table). Bicycles outside available for guest use. There is a Chinese seafood restaurant on ground and second floor, which is accessible by hotel elevator with permission for limited mobility patrons.  SERVICE From housekeeping to reception, service was prompt, proactive and polite. Check in and out was speedy and fuss-free. We left our baggage on check-out, which was tagged and strapped together. Excellent attention from all staff members throughout stay noted. ROOMS Leisure rooms are spacious, comfortable, relatively new and appropriately designed with good lighting. The room Wifi worked on check-in, then was dysfunctional later, but they immediately sent someone to give us the password for 2 neighboring rooms. WIFI speed was satisfactory. The bathroom is spotless clean and bright, with blinds that can allow privacy from the bedroom. A laundry basket is also provided, as are slippers. The bed was firm and comfortable with smooth sheets. Towels were soft, thick and of good quality. There is a bamboo plant on the desk, which makes the room more attractive and beautiful. Natural plants bring more life and vitality to the room. FOOD Did not have time to use the coffee shop (My Little Cup), but found the seafood restaurant menu and prices reasonable and good value.   There are many restaurants in the area, including a 24hr Haidilao. We bought many goods from the shopping mall across the road. SUMMARY The 2 BEST FEATURES for us was that the hotel has separated smoking and non-smoking floors, which many other hotels during my journey lacked. Secondly, the free carbonated drinks (Sprite and Coke) in addition to the 2 bottles of water in the fridge were much appreciated and a warm welcome present!   Would highly recommend this hotel for all travelers, families and tourists.
