We spent 5 glorious nights here. The staff and service were exceptional, it's been a long time since we've experienced a turn down in a 5 star hotel which should probably automatic. Our room on the 16th floor was spacious and had both city and river views of Macau. Breakfast was varied and high quality. As platinum members, even though the Club Lounge is closed at the moment, we had a separate area in the main dinning room set aside with full meals offered or, if you wish, for 100MOP pp you can get the buffet each evening which was spectacular. In a closing note we would like to thank Alexandra who went above and beyond in her duties sorting out difficulties with the Macau travel card and banking. We will be returning!

Although my stay has not yet begun, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I have received from Mimi Ma in the Reservations team. From the very first email, Mimi has been professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of my reservation was handled smoothly. She answered all of my questions promptly, provided clear and detailed information, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Her communication has been warm, courteous, and reassuring throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was Mimi's attention to detail and proactive approach. It is rare to experience such outstanding customer service before even arriving at a hotel. Mimi's professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction have already made a wonderful first impression and have greatly increased my excitement for the upcoming stay. The location of the hotel is not bad as walking distance to all the casinos like Lisboa Hotel Macau, Wynn Hotel & also places of attraction - Ruins of St. Paul, Margarets Cafe E Nata for the famous Portugese egg tarts and Senado Square. The location of the hotel is not bad as walking distance to all the casinos like Lisboa Hotel Macau, Wynn Hotel & also places of attraction - Ruins of St. Paul, Margarets Cafe E Nata for the famous Portugese egg tarts and Senado Square. The hotel is behind the river facing Zhuhai & there is a nearby ferry terminal. So travelling to Zuhai is convenient too. The housekeeping is good & clean. The rooms are clean but some of the furniture fittings look quite new. Probably the hotel does regular maintenance. The hot & cold water in the shower room is not very consistent as it can be either too hot or too cold if you do not adjust carefully. The only minus point for this hotel is their service is not as top notch compared to other hotels. We arrived early morning around 9am. As the hotel rooms are fully booked & it is difficult to have early check-in despite my husband is a Accor Platinum Member. We had to choice but to go out for sightseeing since we only could check-in around 1pm which this was the earliest time they could try for us. The last night we upgraded to the Suite room but there was no butler service to assist us in transferring our luggage from our existing room. When we arrived to the new Suite room, we were disappointed as it is just another executive room with an extra living room. The layout is the same as the Executive room. I doubt we may want to come back to stay again since there are more beautiful & better service hotels in Macau.
