“One of the best Hyatt Place Properties I've ever stayed at”
Definitely exceed expectation as a Hyatt Place. Great location, great city view, attentive staff, proactive service for world of Hyatt members. I would definitely recommend it.

“Our room had all we needed and more”
Our room had all we needed and more: king size bed and comfortable sofa with tables. Nice view of city as our room was on 29th floor. Shower water control was good and shower door did not leak. Breakfast was good with wide spread of food.

“Great Stay Experience at Sanya”
Staying for 1 night at Hyatt Palce Sanya was an extreordinary experience. From the smooth check in experience till checking out. Everything was enjoyable. “Good place to stay”
Very good location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Like the breakfast very much as they change every day. There are some shop around the hotel, you can get food just nearby.. If you coming over to Sanya, you should consider this hotel.
