“Without infrastructure around, but rich in it inside!”
The Holiday Inn on the Chinese island of Hainan is quiet in the hot season not only because it is family-friendly, but also because the sea is across the road - someone is there. “Great place to spend the last night before flying out in the AM”
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. It's across the street from the beach, which is nice and not as crowded as Yalong Bay. It has an incredible amount of activities for kids, although we didn't have any we did enjoy the bumper cars. It's restaurants as also good with a variety to choose from. … more

The information board advertised a 498¥ lunchtime and dinner special ( see photo ) that took staff about 2 hours to serve. The description of the beach was not accurate as a road has to be crossed to get there. There are only around 60 sunbeds for 500 plus guests, so you are not able to find a bed.
