“Biggest and nicest infinity pool in a villa ”

We stayed in a villa with a view ( pool ) really beautiful! Huge villa , modern , nicely decorated . The infinity pool is big enough to swim in a nice garden with a frangipani tree , couple of lounges , table and chairs . In total we had 3 gardens , we only used the backyard where the pool is . We had a small living room overlooking the pool , corridor with a big pot of orchids , big bathroom with walk in closet , 2 sinks , a door to other small garden that never used , perhaps to hang and dry your cloths . The toilet had a bidet with remote control which at night or just twilight ,a circle of light inside turn on to guide your ..... you know .... so funny and top notch , I never seen something like that . Wow . TV was huge and curved ! Had a coffee machine , plenty of water every day and L’ Occitane products . What else? Just paradise ! We also had a butler that we contact via Wechat that help us with language barrier, he sent me people in 5 min when asked to solve a couple of issues . Villas have a lobby apart and a breakfast only for villas : chinese and a la carte , you can also choose going to the Resort main restaurant . Provides shuttle to CDF in Haitang Bay . Privacy was not 100 percent because a couple of times when started to rain ,a guy walked by the cornice pot of hanging flowers just to throw chlorine inside the pool ......when we where at the garden !!!!

After a mix up in rooms which was sorted out by Holly, see photo, we had a great 6 night holiday. After a mix up in rooms which was sorted out by Holly, see photo, we had a great 6 night holiday. Food is very good especially the evening buffet, one of the staff helped get a discount code which brought down the price. Amazing huge and I mean huge aquarium in the dining room. Room are large, very clean and comfortable. All staff where very helpful especially Holly. Downsides, pool not heated🥶 and the hotel infrastructure is slightly worn and could do with refurbishment.

“Great family resort - can be a little noisy at night”

Stayed here for 10 days with my wife and 4-year-old son. Overall we had a great stay. The hotel is clean and well managed, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. No foreign TV channels on the TV but that was no big deal. F&B was very good and my son loved the giant aquarium in the dining room. Plenty to choose from at breakfast with a bit of variety across our stay. We also ate one night at the hotel's evening buffet and at the teppanyaki restaurant. Both were excellent. The swimming pool and play facilities are great for families, my son loved both, and the hotel itself has a great location very close to a lovely beach, more nice local restaurants and transport to other parts of Sanya. Overall we had a fantastic stay. Two small criticisms. First of all, why the heck do they still allow the odd selfish individual to smoke in the lobby, corridors, or even the elevators? I know this happens in China, but it drives me mad. The second thing is the hotel corridors can be very noisy and the rooms are not shielded from this. The pool is open until 10pm and every night, until well past midnight and on one occasion 2am, people are banging and shouting in the corridors, young kids still up and shouting, everyone banging their doors. it was more an annoyance than anything that detracted from our stay but, like the smoking above, the hotel team can take steps to manage this but they don't. If you want a nice quiet break this is not the place for you.
