“Full of Charm and History”

“Heritage in a Perfect Location”
We stayed in the Modern Hotel Harbin and in the penthouse suite for 4 nights during January 2019. The hotel reflects both age and history. “Full of character”
Built by the Russians during the occupation. Hotel has seen better days, but is full of character. Service is very good and the hotel is clean.
