“YOU NEED TO STAY HERE! ”
We had the most amazing stay here. The staff was helpful and kind including the housekeepers. The room was beautiful and spacious with a stunning city view. “International chain hotel with Comfortable bed/ clean rooms 10 minutes from downtown by cab !”
We booked an executive studio n got one on the 39th floor - very comfortable bed , clean room n importantly we don’t smell cigarette smoke seeping through the seams of the door . “Super service - stayed here with family”

“Could do better”
Very diffucilt to find tge entrance underneath a shopping mall. Hotel reslly needs to give proper directions. Check in ok but nothing special. Room ok, but a little dated. No usb plugs and could have a better range of plugs. Breakfast greeting staff extremely surly and verging on the rude. Food ok… more
