“New Propery that needs service imporvement”
Check-in took longer time since the reception couldn’t find my booking, even though I booked via official Accor application. “Make sure you ask for non smoking room”
The staff speak no English. Wifi is absolutely terrible wit many websites blocked and the connections kept dropping off. Despite being Accor Platnum we did not get an upgrade. Rooms are adequate but we had to change room because of smoking, they smoke in the rooms, lifts and foyer. Disgusting.
