“Hidden Gem”
Away from the busy street and provides a true luxury experience. Comforting private hotspring on your own balcony. Spa is always a must when you visit a Banyan Tree property

“Wonderful Spa Experience with LilY”
I had both a massage and a facial with the specialist Lily, and the experience was amazing. She was very professional, gentle, and really paid attention to every detail. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the facial left my skin glowing. I highly recommend Lily, her service is truly excellent.

“Massaging at Banyan Tree”
Highly recommend therapist Yanzi! Her skilled massages melt tension while she clearly explains each step and checks in often. Attentive, professional, and truly caring—every session leaves me refreshed! The scent is also super relaxing! They also provided nice and calm environment.
