“Only so-so”
The rooms in this hotel were moderately clean, though many rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Wi-fi worked in some rooms, but not others. Very few staff members spoke English. On the positive side, the hotel is a couple of blocks from a lovely park along the Haohe (Hao River).

“Normal Hotel Standard Nothing Special”
Due to the usual flight delays into Shanghai I arrived 6 hours late at the hotel. The guy on duty spoke very good English and was quick and efficient which was good as I wanted to go to bed! “Don't believe the photos”
The check in staff have no english at all, making the process quite difficult till they went to find a manager.
