“excellent service and great views”
I have had a lovely time here. Hotel service is immediate and housekeeping keeps the place impeccable. I had a minor issue which was resolved right away. Breakfast is amazing and the selection is great. One of the best places I have stayed at anywhere.

1. This hotel has high speed wifi, good restaurant and nice house keeping services. The support staff were very nice and supportive. 2. For people who don't know Chinese they will support for travel ticket arrangement for far-away places

“Stay at Ascott Midtown Suzhou”
I stayed at Ascott Midtown Suzhou for a week during my business visit to Shanghai. The residence has specious rooms and is value for money. If you are travelling with your family, this is the best and comfortable place to stay.

“Love it”
Great staffs with really good service and convenient room. You will have living room, kitchen with everything you need to make food, washing machine is a plus. Supermarket is really close to this hotel Just one disadvantage: Railway station is quite far from the hotel (900m)

“Great Bar at Nightingale”
Did not stay at this hotel, but the bar on top, Nightingale was great. Rum is an excellent bartender who is extremely knowledgable and hospital. Whether you stay at this hotel or not, do pay a visit and I am sure you will have a great time,
