“Reasonable place with spacious apartments good for family visits”

Second time that my family and I have stayed here. I lived and worked in Suzhou for six years so I have a lot of hotel experiences to base my opinion on. The place is ideal for families and for those needing to be on the SIP or east end of the city. Taxi to anywhere in the city is less than £5.00 which is good as the place is a little out of the way. Li Gong Di, the new eating drinking street on JinJi Hu is walking distance although the old airport road needs to be crossed. The apartments are spacious and various sizes are available, having 3 kids and plenty of 'in-laws' in Suzhou we opt for a 3 bedroom ones. The facility has a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, snooker and fusball. In my opinion the place is on par with a 3 to 4 star western hotel. It would be a solid 4 star if it was cleaned to a higher standard. Bearing in mind we have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with an open plan lounge, dining area plus kitchen the cleaners are in and 'finished' in 15 minutes. Since our last stay the apartments have been upgraded with wifi. I would definitely stay here again if I have my family with me.

“Good hotel at a reasonable price”

Helpful friendly staff who spoke English. Able to arrange very good taxi transfer from Pudong airport, good driver. Room was more spacious and well-equipped than expected. “Great place for families at a good price”

This was a super place for our family (2 adults, 2 kids – age 9 & 11). We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms clean and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment so we could catch up on laundry. The breakfast was tasty, with both Western and Chinese food. The gym was good for a decent work out. The apartments have the cosmetic flaws typical of Chinese establishments (wall paper whose seams show, windows that are not spotless, no bedside clock…), but the apartment was clean, modern, comfortable and all the appliances worked fine.

“Very Nice Hotel”

I travel world wide for business and I would recommend this hotel. It is very clean, comfortable, and good value for the money. When I travel to Suzhou, which is 2-3 times a year this is where I stay.
