“Wonderful experience in kempenski suzhou”
I had a very good experience with kempenski at suzhou. Specially Ms.Becky was so helpful to me in many aspects. Very active and dedicated staff. Mr. Ben, he is a wonderful person and helped us to the core to get food and taxi. Nice gentleman.

Bring my kid to the hotel for a staycation, and he enjoy it. for me, i really thanks the hotel share their professional and warm service during the stay. It is a good choice to stay here, even it is not the best place in the Jinji Lake area, but this little aged hotel still shows it's Luxury sense… more

“Deserves star rating but very isolated”
Deserves its star rating but very isolated at the end of a very long entry road. Due to its positioning is very difficult to get a taxi. Excellent reasonably priced bar area with good selection of drinks and live entertainment. Bar area has private rooms if want a quiet drink.

“For a 5 star, it's splendid. But location wise, not ideal. ”
It takes at least 30 mins to move to city and around 45 mins to train station. There's no shopping area nearby and impossible to walk out. Needs Didi all the time. Hotel wise - it's overlooking the lake and the views were spectacular. It'll be good for leisure and privacy. Room - was kinda dark… more
